Dr.Kamal i supposed especially invited EN.MUHAMMAD AZLAN BIN AZRAN whom is a SENIOR GENERAL MANAGER,ADMINISTRATION at CANON (OPTO) MALAYSIA SDN.BHD. The talk last for 1 hour and 30 minutes, if im not mistaken which actually the speaker only focus on CANON only..and bit of japanese work culture. • the cost of manufacturing the product is 1/3 the real price at marketplace 
• lifespan of product nowadays reduced

• to make one prototype is really expensive backdays but now with all the technology 3D prototype is easy as ABC

Actually I'm really familiar with Japanese work culture especially for 5s because my dad works' need him always with the Japanese. Ive also already memorized the 5S song since i was a kid.

Lastly, the speaker also share some tips involving working field.
--> start with a conclusion for any report
--> give information using 5W,1H
--> use lesser time than the given time to complete a task or a job
--> make an appointment or inform to boss as soon as possible

In a conclusion, its such a great honor for to hear a talk from one of the big boss at Canon Opto. I realized there's so much thing that we can do if we strive for it. He deliver it confidently as he like one of us and full with information.what should i do, what i shouldnt do.. he talks all bout that..

btw, so  much thanks to Dr.Kamal for bring in Mr.Azlan that day.. I believe theres something that each of us will learn,if its not many,i think one will be enough :)
